| Purchased one brand new, brought it home, followed instructions to put in use. Steam came out of every seam, knob & hole EXCEPT the steam holes on the sole plate. Water leaked all over as well. Contacted the company help line, waiting for help. Not impressed. Other Professional Rowenta steam irons lead me to believe this would be great. Loved & used Rowenta for 20 years. Hope this was a fluke. | |||
