| Only used for ironing shirts so far. Wonderful result. I have great deal of trouble remembering not to set the iron on its heel. I'll learn. Weight of iron is right. I do all my own laundry and ironing as well as some garment construction and quilting. So far so good. | |||

I love my new Oliso iron, Ihad been limping along with my old one, so I am very happy to have hot heat and steam again. I love this brand. The sale price was excellent and loved the fact that I got free shipping as well. I can always count on Sew And Vac for a good product. |

This is my second Oliso TG1600 iron. I now have one upstairs for ironing clothes and one in my craft room for quilting. They are heavy, which I like, I don't have to push the iron down to get a good press. And I really love the fact I don't have to set the iron up I can just press and slide it to the side. If I had a need for a third I would have it. |

| a big disappointment (1/5) | Dec 19, 2010 | debbie | |
| I've had this iron for 4 months, very disappointed. It does not get near as hot as a Rowenta. The steam vents don't work well. Going back to a Rowenta! | |||

| I love my new iron. I knew I would because I have used one at the quilt shop where I go for classes and clubs. It came in a timely matter. I have no complaints. | |||

The Oliso TG1600 is a Great Iron. No leaking or spitting problems The lift up feature is wonderful - solves one of my bad habits of not sitting up the iron while pressing a piece. |

| I really like it a lot, especially how it raises up and stays until you need it again. I also like the time frame of 30 minutes before it shuts off and it reheats very fast. I think the only thing I thought would be different than my Rowenta was the pressing out of wrinkles and it is not any better at that, even at 1800 watts. The long cord is also very nice as it reaches to my sewing machine table with out having to add an extension cord. All in all a very nice iron. I would buy it again. | |||

I love my new Oliso TG 1600 Smart Iron. It is stylish and has high performance. The first time out of the box I knew we would be long time companions. I have it set up in my sewing room, there is no way the maid will ever get to use this baby. The steam vents emit just the right amount of steam giving me the desired seam press that I need. I'd highly recommend this iron. Great work Oliso, you have a real winner. |
